Course Description:

The State of California Department of Environmental Health requires a minimum of one Certified Manager of every retail food/beverage business in CA. F&BA offers either an 8 hour training course with test or the test only. The test contains 85 multiple choice questions.

Managers 8 Hour Program: includes a study guide (mailed to you), training, test and 5 year certification with payment of $135 non-F&BA member or $105 F&BA members.
